Our Spring "Select" Soccer league is an 8-week season + tournament. It runs from March to June (excluding Easter and Mother's Day).This league has a higher level of competition than our Fall Core or Spring Turbo programs and is intended for more experienced players who want to develop their soccer skills during the off-season. With a focus on commitment, skill development, and team dynamics, Select teams participate in tournaments and have more structured practices. Player selection involves mandatory tryouts based on skill level and commitment. Unlike the more casual Turbo program, Select requires a greater commitment from both players and parents, emphasizing improvement and competitive play. If your player does not make the Select teams, they are still eligible to participate in our Spring Turbo league.
Practices are held twice a week with games on the weekends. Teams may participate in tournaments and may be required to travel around San Diego for games.

Team Manager/Coach: We will be looking for parents to step up and manage a group of players. There will be no practices. The basic job will be to manage the playing time and substitutions on game days and look out for the safety of the players.
Game Official: Not an official referee, but someone who can ensure that we provide a Safe, Fair and Fun environment for the players. A minimal set of rules are utilized and are posted on the Spring Season web page.
Field/Equipment Manager(s): Ensures goals and equipment (paint carts) are unlocked and available so first teams can setup fields. At the end of the day, make sure the last teams have locked up and put everything away.
